Our prints are sent out using standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. This can take up to 3-4 days. Quicker postage can be arranged at an increased cost.
Prints can take up to 3 workings days to personalise, and most single prints will be sent for delivery via Royal Mail 2nd class post. If you need a print for a gift for someone that you should have bought two weeks ago and now their birthday/Christening/wedding/housewarming/dog disco is imminent, do get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. Additional costs may be added, but we’ve all been there and we promise we will try and help you out.

Returns

For standard prints, you have up to 14 days after you have received the print to let us know if you have changed your mind. You then have up to 14 days to return it to us, unused, and in the same condition you received it. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Personalised prints, unless they or the frames are in some way faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, following inspection, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The money may take a few days to get back into your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Your original Postage and Packaging costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying for any items that are returned to us.
